Here are a few things we would like to accomplish!
Youth Services
Get back to hosting youth dances (covid regulations willing)
Find ways to support our youth as they deal with suicide, cyberbullying, drugs and mental health challenges.
Provide a wheelchair swing that can be enjoyed by both children and adults for a playground in the community
Explore what other outdoor programs or outdoor adventure park we could provide for youth - with zip lines / nature tours
More financial support for school meal program
Community Services
Continue to move forward to get an observation deck built on at the Thompson Creek Eco Centre
Adult education / mental health programs
Create more walking and biking paths
Fitness Activities
Help build an indoor pool
Meetings
Give members a chance to share what is going on in their businesses
Have speakers come from different Rotary clubs
Share more stories about Rotary and what is being accomplished in 7090
Have “my story” more often than when a new member joins
Focus on fun and fellowship during our meetings, create more interaction
Membership
Grow our membership- many hands make light work
